Catalyst Leadership Learning is Kolmeta’s bespoke leadership learning product offering - created in partnership with a unique and exceptional team of healthcare consultants and executives, and originally designed to make an impact in the longterm care and skilled nursing industry. Catalyst is now also available to experienced and emerging leaders across multiple industries and professions.

The Catalyst program encompasses core fundamentals and essential behaviors of leadership that we believe are non-negotiable standards of practice; all building upon one another in a proprietary system to ultimately fuel the success of our businesses.
